Hello and welcome! Every bloom you see is completely unique, made from scratch from the highest quality crepe papers and playing cards available. No templates or machines, completely inspired by nature, the flowers you receive are made specifically for you.
Expect communications from beginning to end because it's important that you receive what you intended but be prepared for additional suggestions to make your blooms even better than initially expected.
It is of high importance for me to offer you a truly personal custom experience as well as customized flowers. This includes for you to receive a quality piece of art made from premium materials, an artist who pays great attention to detail and an opportunity for me to create for you something never done before! If you like what's different and not what everyone else has, I'm your paper florist!
Update: Due to a humbling and overwhelming response, currently orders will be expected for receipt no earlier than 6 weeks from the date of purchase (larger orders may be later) . Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for making the first year of The Painted Petaler one that has allowed an artist to live a dream and get the opportunity to improve with every individually hand cut petal!
Preferred payment is Paypal and Direct Checkout. Buyers may use credit and debit cards via Direct Checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Understand at this point that I will be very carefully protecting and preparing your package to the best of my ability to arrive the way it left my studio.
Most orders are completed and shipped out within via USPS Priority or standard USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders or bouquets may take longer, 6-8* weeks depending on timing.
Your delivery is as important to me as it is to you. This is why insurance, delivery confirmation & tracking will be included in the shipping cost,protecting your blooms while in transit from the studio to you.
**Photos will be sent of your order prior to shipping and you will have tracking numbers emailed to you as well as in your "Purchases and Reviews" section where you may track your order. While not responsible for missing packages once delivered, please contact me if order stalls or is received in poor condition immediately so I may assist with search. All custom fees or expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Lost, missing or damaged orders are incredibly rare however, should the unthinkable occur, a claim may be filed in the necessary time frame and once approved, you would be refunded at that time. USPS requires a specific amount of time before filing.
Need it sooner or have a specific need? Send me a message and I may be able to accommodate. Certain rush orders may be pushed to the front of the line with an extra charge depending on current lineup.
Just like you, I understand that a good and fair refund policy should be in place. And it is.
Custom orders are the only items that will not be refundable due to the specific circumstances of the order. Other than that, I will absolutely work with you if the delivery process was less than kind:In certain circumstances, should a flower get damaged in the process, I will be able to replace anything damaged with your assistance of pictures via email and after a claim is filed with the postal service.
Photos are sent of your order prior to shipment as well so there aren't any surprises upon opening the box(es).
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have a safe location for the delivery person to leave your box(es), protected from weather that may damage the contents.
Otherwise, if I receive a returned order within 5 business days after receipt of your order, and it is in the same condition that it was sent, I will promptly refund the amount of your order.
